CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

Appointment Changes or Cancellations - Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, 50% or up to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Your cancellation fee will be processed day of appointment missed. Appointments that are missed with no notice, may be charged up to 100% of the service price. Because our concept is appointment based, our cancellation policy helps us better respect your time and that of our other guests.

Deposit - Park & Eve Salon requires a deposit for all hair extension and color correction services. The amount is determined on an individual basis by your Stylist during your consultation. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hair Care Products

1. You may return any unopened Hair Care retail product for a 100% refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

2. You may exchange opened Hair Care products or receive retail credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for used products.

3. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any products purchased after 30 days

Brushes

1. Brushes are non-refundable unless of an obvious product defect

Flat Irons/Dryers/Curling Irons

1. All Styling tools have a 30 day return/exchange policy. You may receive a full refund for unopened products. After 30 days from the product purchase, please reference any warranty information from the manufacturer.

SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with your service, Park & Eve will make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 7 days from your original service with your original Stylist. No refunds on services.
